Returns

We hope you love your Twinflower Creations purchase! Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item is defective upon arrival, you may return it within 7 days of initial shipment for an exchange. If an exchange is not possible, you will receive a refund. Please note that returns postmarked after our 7-day return period will be mailed back to you.

Please email us your order number to initiate a return, and a customer support representative will assist you. Please note that we reserve the right to limit the number of returns, and unopened packages marked "return to sender" will not be accepted.
